Our quarterly W.I.S.E. Words newsletter features original articles — some scholarly, others more like feature stories — about members’ family history, and research discoveries, book reviews, research resources in Wales, Ireland, Scotland and England, plus notes about cultural events in the Denver area.
The W.I.S.E. Words Newsletter is published on a quarterly basis thanks mainly to the efforts of its editor, Mary Ann Larson. Members are encouraged to submit articles, long or short, for inclusion in the newsletter.
In 2016 we introduced the W.I.S.E Words Newsletter Index to provide fully searchable content by Names, Places, Topics, Book Reviews and Mentions, as well as Feature Articles. The creation of the index, which covers our newsletters published from 1999 through 2016, was the inspiration of Zoe Lappin, one of our members and a notable past president. We will be forever grateful for her having shared her time and talents in creating these indicis for the benefit of our members and friends, involved in British Isles family research. The index is fully searchable using the Search option in your PDF document viewer. To download the documents in PDF format, select and click on the appropriate image below to download:
The current issue of the W.I.S.E. Words Newsletter is not available for download until after the next quarterly newsletter has been released for publication. To view the “In This Issue” contents list in our current W.I.S.E. Words Newsletter, click on the image of the cover page below:
